What a fu**ing amazing personal and professional 33-year journey as part of a hair and beauty salon! The thousands of chats Cathy has been a part of have left her wondering, bewildered, confused and at times with her mind blown. She has also been enlightened and extremely grateful for what she has learnt.

After being forced to be a part of the extensive Melbourne lockdowns, Cathy had an opportunity to vent and release some of the hundreds of stories she had bottled up. She used this time to put pen to paper, and with over three decades worth of diverse conversations and stories in her memory bank, Cathy was able to fulfil a lifelong dream.
